1. Who we are

SentinelRow is the public-facing brand for a proposed private intelligence and protection service. The website introduces the proposed services to individuals, households, estates and organisations in the United Kingdom and internationally.

ORION SKY LABS LTD operates SentinelRow.com and is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and for preliminary enquiries that it administers. SentinelRow is not currently incorporated as a separate limited company. If a separate company is established or responsibility for personal information changes, this notice and the relevant arrangements will be reviewed and updated.

Company no. 17370366. Registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Hillside Cottage, Station Road, Witham, CM8 3JD, United Kingdom. Privacy contact: contact@sentinelrow.com.

2. What we may collect

Depending on the enquiry or assignment, information may include contact details, preferred contact method, information you choose to provide in a consultation, correspondence, contract and billing details, or limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website.

Investigative and protective engagements can involve additional information about clients, employees or third parties. Those activities require a documented assessment of their purposes, lawful basis, necessity, fairness and proportionality. The organisation responsible for each processing activity may differ by assignment.

Please avoid sending highly sensitive allegations, identity documents or detailed case material through the initial website form. We can discuss an appropriate communication method once contact is established.

3. Why information may be used

Personal information may be processed to answer an enquiry, arrange a consultation, assess whether a proposed service can lawfully be provided, prepare a proposal, enter into and administer an agreed contract, maintain appropriate security, comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal rights where necessary.

Relevant lawful bases under the UK GDPR may include steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests where properly assessed, and legal obligations. Consent is used only where it is an appropriate lawful basis. The specific basis must be confirmed for each activity before launch.

4. How information may be shared

Information may need to be shared with authorised personnel, carefully selected service providers acting under appropriate safeguards, professional advisers, or authorities where a lawful requirement applies. Case material is not made available to unrelated parties merely because they request it.

For each engagement, we will determine the appropriate contractual controls, recipients and decision-making responsibilities before information is transferred.

5. National and international matters

SentinelRow may receive international enquiries or support assignments involving more than one jurisdiction. This does not mean personal information will automatically be transferred internationally. Any transfer will require an assessment of applicable law, appropriate protections and the relevant role of each party.

6. Keeping and protecting information

Information should be retained only for as long as necessary for its purpose, taking account of legal, contractual, security and evidential requirements. A documented retention schedule for enquiries and case files must be approved before this policy goes live.

Access to sensitive case material should be restricted by role, with appropriate controls for storage, transmission and disposal. Specific technical safeguards will be described only after the chosen systems have been implemented and verified.

7. Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable exemptions, individuals may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of their personal information, to object to certain processing, and in some cases to data portability. The right to object is particularly relevant where legitimate interests are relied upon.

Requests can be directed to contact@sentinelrow.com. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Investigative work can involve privacy-notice obligations relating to people other than the person commissioning the work. The form and timing of any such information will be assessed under applicable law; publication of this website policy alone does not resolve those obligations.

8. Cookies, marketing and changes

Cookie details are set out separately in the Cookie Policy. We will not assume marketing consent merely because someone makes an enquiry. Material changes to this policy will be dated and published here.
